I feel very safe at Broadstone. I never worry about crime or anything bad happening to my family. I love using the hot tub and my kids love the pool. The apartment is spacious and I’m never bothered by neighbors. It’s very good here.

My family has really enjoyed their summer at the pool. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoy our walks down to the pool, maintenance really does a great job. Landscaping is kept nicely!

It's a very cool habitat with lots of accommodative neighbors. The buildings and the landscaping is awesome and well maintained. Ample parking attracts me every day of my living here. The social amenities are quite enough for the larger part of the community. Thanks to the kindhearted lot of the front office staff, ready to listen to you and address any issue at hand, keep up the good job you are doing. Looking forward to living here so long as I am in Albuquerque.
