Maintenance

We will service appliances, clean or replace flooring, and professionally clean your new home from top to bottom. Then we will inspect a final time before we hand over the keys.

We have a maintenance supervisor and two maintenance technicians to handle all your concerns.

You can submit a request for service through your resident portal. The office team is also happy to help if you cannot submit your request online.

Our goal is to complete your requests within 24-48 hours.

You do not have to be present but your are welcome to be if that is your preference.

During office hours we can provide you with access when you present a photo ID. If the office is closed you will need to call a locksmith.

You are welcome to customize your home. Be aware you are responsible to return the home to us in the same condition as it was received.

Amenities

We have two sparkling pools, an outdoor fireplace, a bubbly spa, a state of the art fitness center, a movie theater, a social room, bussiness lounge, grills, and carports/garages available to rent.

The pools are seasonal and open Memorial Day through Labor Day.  The hours of operation are from 8am -10pm.

Parking is available first come, first serve.  Carports and carages are available for an additional monthly cost.

 All our apartment homes come with a washer and a dryer.

We welcome up to two pets per apartment home.   *Restrictions apply.
A pet fee of $400 will apply and a pet rent of $35/pet/month will be added to your account. 

Yes, some breeds of canine are restricted.

We do not have a dog park however we do have walking paths and pet stations throughout our green spaces.

Our classic apartment homes include a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove & microwave.

Our apartments do not come furnished but we can get a bid for furniture rental sent to you from a local company.

We offer terms from 6-12 months.

The postal service delivers to parcel locker and all other carriers bring packages to your door.

You will have 24 hour access to the fitness center.

Our gym has treadmills, ellipticals, a stair master, a bike, weight machines, free weights, medicine & kettle balls, and a cable crossover machine. 

The quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am.  The social room and theater can be reserved up until 10 pm for a $35 fee with a refundable $300 damage deposit.

Our office is easy to find and gain access to.

Our applications are primarily completed through our website. 

Our goal to to provide an answer withing 48 hours.

 Your rent, fees, and utilities will be prorated in your first month of residency.

All payment other than the first and last month are submitted through the resident portal. 

You log into your resident portal to review charges and submit payment.

There is a mandatory Loss & Damage waiver of $14 applied to all resident accounts.  Personal property coverage can be obtained through a third party company.

All utilities are separate from the rent.  Residents are responsible for electric, gas, and water/sewer/trash.

You will need to call Power of NM and NM Gas prior to your move in.  Account numbers must be provided prior to move in.

Comcast offers service to this area.

Yes, we have a $250 referral award.  *Conditions apply.

If you will have a guest for longer than 14 days you must have approval from management.  Parking restrictions apply.

No we do now collect rent in advance.  Ask about our specials.

All individuals living in the apartment must qualify and be listed on the lease contract.

There is an early termination fee of 2 times the rent.
